Macular Degeneration

Macular degeneration is a term used to describe a group of eye conditions that affect the Macula lutea (“the point of sharpest vision”), also known as the “yellow spot” of the retina; they are associated with a loss of function in the tissue in this area. The central area of the retina has a high rate of metabolism. The underlying layer of tissue, known as the pigment epithelium, disposes of degradation products. Disorders can develop as people get older, resulting in deposits beneath the retina and reduced function. This is referred to as “age-related (or senile) macular degeneration,” or “AMD” or “ARMD.”

There are two types: one that is dry and progresses slowly, and the other that is wet and progresses quickly. Wet macular degeneration affects about 15% of patients, while dry macular degeneration affects 85 percent.

Both types cause blurring in the center of the visual field, distorted vision, a dark spot, and color fading. The outer field of vision is unaffected because only the central area of the retina, the macula, is affected. This means that the patient may be able to see a watch but not the exact time. The first visual functions to be affected are reading and facial recognition.

More than cataracts and glaucoma combined, macular degeneration is the leading cause of vision loss. It is a common eye disease that can result in significant vision loss or even blindness in some cases. According to the National Eye Institute, age-related macular degeneration, the most common type of this disease, affects approximately 1.75 million adults in the United States. Stargardt disease is another type of macular degeneration that has been discovered. This type of macular degeneration affects younger people, whereas age-related macular degeneration affects older people.

Symptoms Of Macular Degeneration

One of the medical experts’ issues with macular degeneration is that it usually does not cause any symptoms in the early stages of development. This is why regular eye examinations are so important. An eye specialist can detect signs of macular degeneration even when no symptoms are present. When symptoms do appear, you may experience the following:

  • Contract sensitivity, a symptom that makes it challenging to recognize textures in specific environments.
  • Unable to complete daily tasks like cooking and reading without increasing the brightness of your lights.
  • A visual field defect is another common symptom.
  • Poor depth perception can also indicate that you are developing macular degeneration.

While dozens of diseases and disorders can affect the eyes, these five conditions are responsible for most vision problems:

  • Refractive Errors
  • Age-Related Macular Degeneration
  • Cataracts
  • Diabetic Retinopathy
  • Glaucoma is all example of refractive errors.

AGEs

AGEs (Advanced Glycation End-products) are a particular source of concern. These are non-biodegradable protein and sugar chemical compounds. Glycosylation (the chemical reaction of sugar and protein) can occur in all human body tissues.

AGEs have been linked to various eye diseases (e.g., cataract, diseased retina, and macular degeneration). Lipofuscin deposits in the retinal pigment epithelium, drusen, and Bruch’s membrane have high levels. Enzymes in these areas prevent the breakdown of cell waste products and cause inflammatory reactions.

Trying to revitalize your macular system remove waste from the pigment layer more effectively should improve vessel elasticity and allow blood to flow more freely.  Calcification from the vessel walls may be removed, and damaged eye cells are regenerated.

Biofeedback has been used in a wide range of holistic treatments, including macular revitalization. This cutting-edge technology is used to generate the specific hertz frequencies for the individual’s stress disturbances to help prevent the disease from progressing any further and, in some cases, improve a person whose vision has been affected by macular degeneration.

The holistic biofeedback approach promotes circulation, revitalization, and reducing inflammatory influences throughout the body.

It can result in total vision loss, limiting a person’s ability to perform many daily activities. It can also cause various unpleasant symptoms that can impair a person’s overall abilities in the early stages. Biofeedback appears to be an effective treatment method without worrying about side effects or complications associated with other treatment options.

If you have macular degeneration disease try our Biofeedback Macular Revitalization Program. Biofeedback uses concepts of energy medicine and quantum physics to help the body’s self-regulatory system. It describes the interaction between the bio-field of a living organism and frequency patterns that interact with specific parts of it. It assists the body by boosting the healing signals that pass between the immune system and all cells in the body while suppressing the signals given off by allergens and other stressors.  This technique employs specific frequency pulses of sound tunes to gently and safely guide the brain into various beneficial brain wave patterns.

Biofeedback Macular Revitalization Program includes 45 items. Your voice will be scanned across this panel’s frequencies to understand where you are facing stress disturbances. From there, balancing frequency feedbacks are generated and played.

Every week, we will do a 30 min biofeedback balancing session for you, along with a report of what was harmonized. You will receive an audio file of your customized frequencies that will help you with your macular revitalization!

Listening to the specific tunes generated every day for a week helps balance and relieve macular degeneration. However, the more a biofeedback session is done, the more the body gets entrained towards balance and harmony.
