Anxiety Quick Relief and Transformation to Change Program
Anxiety is a mental disorder that has become incredibly commonplace in our modern lives. Anxiety is normal in everyday life; however, anxiety can become a problem when it interferes with activities you enjoy, time with your family, and your career.
What exactly is anxiety? What are the signs and symptoms of anxiety, and what can you alleviate those symptoms and feelings?
What is anxiety?
Anxiety is caused when our bodies’ internal alarm system goes into overdrive. Usually, this alarm system only sounds when there is a threat. This alarm system activates our fight or flight response, which sends you fleeing from danger. This appears to be a very sensible way to feel; however, anxiety, when it is a mental health issue, will appear at random times in your life — possibly when those feelings of panic have no place.
Anxiety can manifest itself in various ways, including panic disorder, phobias, PTSD, Generalised Anxiety Disorder. Each one is unique and can have a variety of triggers or causes.
Causes
Some anxiety disorders seem to stem from a single past traumatic event, but a combination of factors causes most. Contributory elements can include low histamine, zinc, or magnesium, high levels of copper possibly caused by excess estrogen, abnormal levels of mercury and lead. There may also be a vitamin C or vitamin B-3 deficiency.
Symptoms
Both psychological and physical signs of anxiety can be present. Psychological indications include excessive paranoia, worrying, and phobias. Physical symptoms of those with an anxiety disorder may include abnormal sensory perceptions, hallucinations, or tinnitus. Some people suffer from panic attacks where they can experience dizziness, chest pain, excessive sweating, accelerated heartbeat, and breathing difficulties. The person’s ability to concentrate or to sleep can also be compromised.
The following are some of the most common anxiety symptoms:
- Shaking
- Nausea
- Tingling
- Dizziness
- Feeling hot
- Dry mouth
- Muscle tension
- Palpitations
- A feeling of jelly legs
- An increased heart rate
- Hyperventilation or trouble breathing
How biofeedback can help with anxiety
Now that you know more about anxiety, you may be wondering what can be done to alleviate the symptoms and, possibly, the problem in the long run.
Biofeedback is one supportive therapy option available through the Gut Can Be Happy Program. It is entirely holistic and departs from some of the commonly recommended medical approaches you may be advised to take, frequently having harmful side effects. However, both medical treatment and biofeedback therapy are safe to use concurrently.
The idea behind using biofeedback for anxiety is that it will help read the reaction your body has to certain electromagnetic waves. In doing this, our practitioners will be able to look at stressors, metals, and any other pathogenic substances that could harm the client’s physical and mental well-being.
Once this is established, the electromagnetic frequency waves used in biofeedback therapy can be sent back through the body, reducing the pathogenic materials in the client’s body. Not only that, but biofeedback therapy can help by sending frequency tunes to the client’s limbic system. This will cause the release of certain chemicals, such as dopamine and serotonin, which are well known to positively affect how the patient feels, reducing their natural anxiety levels in a completely safe and non-intrusive way.
Anxiety is not something you should have to put up with. Why not see if biofeedback is the solution you’re looking for?
Helping you to feel more at ease and less stressed, no matter what life throws at you.
Biofeedback Anxiety Quick Relief and Transformation to Change Program
This Program includes 45 items. Your voice contains all of your health state and information. Your voice will be scanned across this panel’s frequencies to understand where you are facing stress disturbances. From there, balancing frequency feedbacks are generated and played.
Every week, we will do a 30 min biofeedback balancing session for you, along with a report of what was harmonized. You will receive an audio file of your customized frequencies to help you with your quick anxiety relief!
Listening to the specific tunes generated every day for a week helps balance and relieve anxiety. However, the more a biofeedback session is done, the more the body gets entrained towards balance and harmony.
While listening to tunes, you can probably recall how it helped you get through difficult times, motivated you during a workout, increased your focus during a work task, and so on. With each beat, we can feel the emotional connection and the energy. Not only do lyrics influence what tunes we choose at any given time, but so do rhythm, melody, harmony, volume, and intensity.
Biofeedback therapy uses low frequencies that fall in the alpha-theta-gamma-delta range, corresponding to the brainwave frequencies that vibrate in the lower range. Frequency waves can stimulate the production of serotonin, a chemical that antidepressants such as SSRIs are responsible for increasing. There is also evidence of improved memory, decreased cortisol, the primary stress hormone, and improved emotional stability.
The GCBH Program can help you if you deal with everyday stresses and worries, have anxiety attacks, or have full-fledged panic attacks. It includes worksheets, tests, and biofeedback techniques to help you overcome paralyzing mental states and improve your coping abilities. It’s a one-of-a-kind and highly effective method of accomplishing these goals.
